One of Jason's quests was to find the best fish-n-chips place on the cruise. It is a complex study - you have to rate the fish, the chips, the sauce, and the ambiance (*). Then properly "weight" each rating. It was not an easy undertaking, since no restaurant was "best" in all categories.
(*) : yeah, it can also be spelled "ambience". They're both right. I prefer the Frenchified version.
