This is The Sanctuary. It went mostly unused, although on this particular day, there was a couple in one of the saunas. It is a gated area, with a crewperson there to monitor people entering the area.
So why is it called The Sanctuary? I asked the gatekeeper that. It's a "no kids allowed" area. So send the tykes over to Terry's Nook, and come here to enjoy libations unencumbered by screaming, carousing young 'uns.
There weren't a lot of kids on our cruise. So there wasn't much of a need for The Sanctuary. Most of the areas were essentially kids-free.
