Farther down from the stilt guy were the Norwegian Pearl's officers and cooks. And a banner. Impressive, I suppose. But IMNSHO hardly necessary. I wonder if they staged this sort of pageantry at every stop.
One note - I had to shoot these pics through a fence, as we were sequestered for Customs purposes.
